These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Legion Health website and telehealth platform operated by Legion Health, Inc. ("Legion Health"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
Legion Health provides a telehealth psychiatry platform that connects patients with licensed psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners for evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing medication management. Services are provided via secure video visits using HIPAA-covered technology.
Legion Health is a telehealth platform that facilitates connections between patients and licensed providers. The clinical services are provided by independently licensed clinicians, not by Legion Health, Inc. as a corporate entity. Legion Health is not an emergency service. If you are in a mental health crisis, please call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of a US state where Legion Health providers are licensed. Services are not available in all states. Check eligibility during intake.
We accept most major commercial insurance plans and Medicaid where available. You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or amounts not covered by your insurance. Self-pay rates are disclosed before appointment confirmation.
Prescribing of Schedule II and III controlled substances is subject to DEA regulations, state prescribing laws, and clinical judgment of your assigned provider. Legion Health providers follow all applicable federal and state prescribing requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legion Health's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amounts you paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
